 1, After you have placed your order here, we will get in touch with you immediately to get started by emailing you our very own proprietary Resume Questionnaire, developed to perfection over several years to request the exact information needed to create a powerful resume!

2, The questionnaire will explain everything we need from you.
(Note: We used to interview clients over the phone in a telephone interview to gather all the relevant information but it turned out that clients didn’t like to be put on the spot because it was hard to come up with the right answers to the tough questions we ask over the phone. Some of the questions (as you will see from the emailed questionnaire) are questions that you might not have ever thought of before regarding your professional background. We believe that it is unfair to you, the client, to put you on the spot in a phone interview where you have to come up with the answers immediately. Instead, we email you these questions and you can start working on them while you are under no pressure and in the comfort of your own home.)

3, On the same day of receiving the completed questionnaire from you via email, we will look over the information and determine whether we need clarification on anything and / or if we need further information. If we need clarification or further information, we will give you a phone call (also on the same day).

4, The development of your resume will take 4-5 business days from the time we have received all the required information from you.

5, We will email you the first draft and after you look at the draft, you will have one week to get back to us with any changes. We will be happy to make any corrections or add anything at this time.
